Initial Consultation

To begin, we will discuss your company’s financial management issues, needs, and goals. The initial consultation is commonly one hour and is free of charge or obligation. Simply call to arrange an appointment for a preliminary meeting.

Service

Support primarily happens through personal on-site visits. When appropriate, service can also be provided via telephone, remote access and Internet correspondence. Services will be provided in a manner that is most convenient to your business; accommodations can ordinarily be made to eliminate disruption to workflow.

Rates

Services are provided on a sliding scale based on your organizations comfort level.  General rates are $25 per hour / $75 per 3-hour session.  Donation of services is also available.   I throughly enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience with QuickBooks.

• New User Training                                                                                          One-on-one training at your location.  The aim is to be proficient in all features specific to the QuickBooks version of your choice.  Instruction is customarily provided in multiple sessions and focuses on insuring you and your QuickBooks company file is "Business Ready."
• Group Training                                                                                              Train yourself and your staff.  Customized on-site training for all your networking and staff positional needs.
• Custom Company Configuration                                                                 Revitalize your current QuickBooks company file.  Great for current users that need more from their QuickBooks.  A detailed discussion about your business, staff and reporting needs will highlight the adjustments to achieve exactly what you need. 
• Current User Support                                                                                 Support and training exactly where you need it.  We will spend the day answering all the questions you have and work directly with your company file.  We will also explore your current usage and help with any features you may not be aware of to have you running even better.
• Ongoing Support                                                                                       Ongoing support is always available anytime.  Feel free to call or e-mail your QuickBooks questions and I will quickly return your request to keep your operations running smooth.

It is possible to customize a package that will fit your business needs.  By request, an estimate can be offered which outlines specific services and anticipated costs.  A travel charge may be added for clients outside the Pioneer Valley of western Massachusetts.
